For some time I have been working on a ‘Telling Room’. Have you read the book The Telling Room? It has the great sub title of .. The Telling Room: A Tale of Love, Betrayal, Revenge, and the World’s Greatest Piece of Cheese. My quest for the lost cheeses of Suffolk is a bit like that. I move one step forward, five steps sideways, get distracted, make butter, wander off and forage, but still come back to my researches. The aim of the Telling Room is to have somewhere to keep all the books and materials for my portable dairy together. Today I have been taking selfies for a photo challenge, my Telling Room being nearly complete it seemed the prefect location.

What a lovely picture of you – and how tidy your space looks! Him Outdoors recently turned the old tool shed into a pantry for me and it’s already cluttered. I’m fascinated by the book title – do you recommend it?
Yes I do – I listened to it as an audio book, really would love a hard copy, I’m sure its full of usable ‘cheese reflections’.
